BOMB SEASONING MEALS

BOMB SEASONING TRI-TIP STEAK

For the most delicious steak you can imagine, try Bomb Seasoning's tried and true recipe!
Step 1:
Take your Tri-tip out of the fridge 2 hours before you plan to start grilling it.  Let it come to room temperature.  Coat the steak with good quality Olive Oil and then cover it generously with well shaken Bomb Seasoning.  We recommend you apply to steaks very generously.

Step 2:
Grill your steak to your preferred doneness.  We recommend serving Tri-tip with red mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus (sprayed lightly with olive oil and sprinkled with Bomb Seasoning before grilling), and french bread.  Enjoy!!

BOMB SEASONING BEER BUTT CHICKEN
Step 1:  Use whole chickens.  Wash and dry well.  Wipe outside of chickens with good quality Olive Oil.

Step 2:  Shake your Bomb Seasoning well then sprinkle on the outside of the chicken.

Step 3:  Place chickens on an OPEN can of beer or Dr. Pepper if you prefer.  Carefully stand beer cans and chickens on the grill rack.  Close lid and cook on low for 2-3 hours until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Step 4:
Be very careful when removing beer cans from the chicken as the liquid will be boiling hot.
Serve your chicken with loaded baked potatoes, corn on the cob and corn bread!  Enjoy!!

BOMB BREAKFAST BURRITOS

Crack fresh eggs into a mixing bowl.  Add 1/4 tsp. of well shaken Bomb Seasoning per egg.  Scramble eggs until done.  We add turkey sausage crumbles, but you can also add bacon bits, diced ham, or leftover cubes of Bomb Seasoning Tri-Tip Steak.  Place egg and meat mixture in a soft flour tortilla.  Add cheese and taco sauce.  Roll the tortilla tightly.  Place burrito back into pan and heat on low for 2 minutes per side.  This will give you a lightly crispy tortilla crust.  Enjoy!!
